Whip the butter into a foam and gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and salt.Incorporate the sifted flour and yeast mixture by tablespoons, alternating with the milk. Mix slowly to moisten, then beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.

Reserve 2/3 cup batter; pour remaining batter into the prepared pan.Add the cocoa to obtain a brown dough on the light dough.To obtain marbled effects, pull a fork in a spiral shape through the two layers of dough.

Place the mold on the rack at the bottom of the oven.Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes. Cool briefly on a wire rack before inverting carefully onto a serving plate or cooling rack. Let cool completely.
